B’rashit (Genesis) 9:18-27 And the sons of Nuakh (Noah) who went out of the ark were Sham (Shem) and Kham (Ham) and Yaphat (Japeth). And Kham was the father of Kanaw’an (Canaan). (19) These three were the sons of Nuakh, and all the earth was overspread from them. (20) And Nuakh, a man of the soil, began and planted a vineyard. (21) And he drank of the wine and was drunk, and became uncovered in his tent. (22) And Kham, the father of Kanaw’an, saw the nakedness of his father, and told his two brothers outside. (23) So Sham and Yaphat took a garment, laid it on both their shoulders, and went backward and covered the nakedness of their father, but their faces were turned away, and they did not see their father’s nakedness. (24) And Nuakh awoke from his wine, and he knew what his younger son had done to him, (25) and he said, “Cursed is Kanaw’an, let him become a servant of servants to his brothers.” (26) And he said, “Adored is YAHUAH, the Aluahim of Sham, and let Kanaw’an become his servant. (27) “Let Aluahim enlarge Yaphat, and let him dwell in the tents of Sham. And let Kanaw’an become his servant.”
B’rashit 35:22 And it came to be, when Yashur’al (Israel) dwelt in that land, that Ra’uban (Reuben) went and lay with Bilah his father’s concubine. And Yashur’al heard about it. Now the sons of Yaw’aqub (Jacob) were twelve:
B’rashit 49:1-4 And Yaw’aqub called his sons and said, “Gather together, so that I declare to you what is to befall you in the last days: (2) “Gather together and hear, you sons of Yaw’aqub, and listen to Yashur’al your father. (3) “Ra’uban, you are my first-born, my power and the beginning of my strength, the excellency of exaltation and the excellency of power. (4) “Boiling like water, you do not excel, because you went up to your father’s bed, then you defiled it – he went up to my couch.”
U’yaqara (Leviticus) 18:1-8 And YAHUAH spoke to Mushah (Moses), saying, (2) “Speak to the children of Yashur’al and say to them, ‘I am YAHUAH your Aluahim. (3) ‘Do not do as they do in the land of Matsuraim (Egypt), where you dwelt. And do not do as they do in the land of Kanaw’an, where I am bringing you, and do not walk in their laws. (4) ‘Do My right-rulings and guard My laws, to walk in them. I am YAHUAH your Aluahim. (5) ‘And you shall guard My laws and My right-rulings, which a man does and lives by them. I am YAHUAH. (6) ‘No one is to approach anyone of his own flesh to uncover his nakedness. I am YAHUAH. (7) ‘The nakedness of your father or the nakedness of your mother you do not uncover. She is your mother, you do not uncover her nakedness. (8) ‘The nakedness of your father’s wife you do not uncover, it is your father’s nakedness.’
U’yaqara 20:11 ‘And a man who lies with the wife of his father has uncovered the nakedness of his father, both of them shall certainly be put to death, their blood is upon them.’
Dabarim (Deuteronomy) 22:30 “A man does not take his father’s wife, nor uncover his father’s skirt.”
Dabarim 27:20,23 ‘Cursed is he who lies with his father’s wife, because he has uncovered his father’s bed.’ And all the people shall say, ‘Aman!’ (23) ‘Cursed is he who lies with his mother-in-law.’ And all the people shall say, ‘Aman!’
2 Shamu’al (Samuel) 16:20-22 And Abyshalum (Absalom) said to Achytuphal, “Give your advice. What should we do?” (21) And Achytuphal said to Abyshalum, “Go in to your father’s concubines, whom he has left to look after the house. And all Yashur’al shall hear that you have made yourself a stench to your father. And the hands of all who are with you shall be strong.” (22) So they pitched a tent for Abyshalum on the top of the house, and Abyshalum went in to his father’s concubines before the eyes of all Yashur’al.
1 Chronicles 5:1-3 As for the sons of Ra’uban the first-born of Yashur’al – he was the first-born, but because he profaned his father’s bed, his birthright was given to the sons of Yahusaph (Joseph), son of Yashur’al, so that the genealogy is not listed according to the birthright, (2) for Yahudah prevailed over his brothers, and from him came a ruler, although the birthright was Yahusaph’s – (3) the sons of Ra’uban the first-born of Yashur’al: Khanuk and Palua, Khatzarun and Karamy.
Yachazaq’al (Ezekiel) 22:1-12 And the word of YAHUAH came to me, saying, (2) “And now, son of man, judge, judge the city of blood! And you shall show her all her abominations! (3) “And you shall say, ‘Thus said the Master YAHUAH, “The city sheds blood in her midst, that her time might come. And she has made idols within herself to become defiled. (4) “You have become guilty by the blood which you have shed, and have defiled yourself with the idols which you have made. Thus you have brought your days near, and have come to the end of your years. Therefore I shall make you a reproach to the nations, and a mockery to all lands. (5) “Those near and those far from you mock you – defiled is your name and great the confusion! (6) “See the leaders of Yashur’al: each one has used his arm to shed blood in you. (7) “They have despised father and mother within you. They have oppressed the stranger in your midst. They have wronged the fatherless and the widow within you. (8) “You have despised that which is set-apart to Me, and you have profaned My Shabats (Sabbaths). (9) “Slanderous men have been in you to shed blood. And in you are those who eat on the mountains. They have done wickedness in your midst. (10) “In you they have uncovered the nakedness of a father. In you they have humbled women who are defiled during their uncleanness. (11) “And the one has done abomination with his neighbour’s wife. And another has wickedly defiled his daughter-in-law. And another within you has humbled his sister, his father’s daughter. (12) “In you they have taken a bribe to shed blood. You have taken interest and increase. You have cut off your neighbour by extortion. And you have forgotten Me,” declares the Master YAHUAH.
1 Corinthians 5:1-5 It is commonly reported that there is whoring among you, and such whoring as is not even named among the heathen, so as one to have his father’s wife! (2) And you have been puffed up, and did not rather mourn, so that he who has done this deed, be removed from among you! (3) For I indeed, as absent in body but present in spirit, have already judged the one who did this, as though I were present. (4) In the Name of our Master YAHUSHUA ha’Mashyach, when you are gathered together, and my spirit, with the power of our Master YAHUSHUA ha’Mashyach, (5) deliver such a one to Shathan for destruction of the flesh, in order that his spirit be saved in the day of the Master YAHUSHUA.
