(7) “Are You not our Aluahim? You have driven out the inhabitants of this land before Your people Yashur’al, and gave it to the seed of Aburaham who loves You forever. (8) “And they dwell in it, and have built You a set-apart place in it for Your Name, saying, (9) If evil does come upon us, such as the sword, judgment, or pestilence, or scarcity of food, we shall stand before this House and in Your presence – for Your Name is in this House – and cry out to You in our distress, and You do hear and save.’

Psalms 17:1-3 Hear righteousness, YAHUAH, Listen to my cry; give ear to my prayer, from lips without deceit. (2) Let my right-ruling go out from Your presence; let Your eyes see what is straight. Psalms 76:7-11 You, You are to be feared; and who would stand in Your presence when You are displeased? Let their wives become widows and bereaved of their children. Let their men be killed to death, their young men be stricken by the sword in battle. (22) Let a cry be heard from their houses, when You bring a raiding party suddenly upon them. For they have dug a pit to take me, and laid snares for my feet. Deal with them in the time of Your displeasure.

(26) ‘For this reason my heart rejoiced, and my tongue was glad, and now my flesh shall also rest in expectation, (27) because You shall not leave my being in hell, nor shall You give Your Lovingly-committed One to see corruption. (28) ‘You have made known to me the ways of life, You shall fill me with joy in Your presence.’
